Manufacturing Process
1. Product Design & Development
The LED holder is developed according to the LED package dimensions, PCB layout, LED positions, component height, front-panel opening, display lens location, and required mounting arrangement. Required clearances from neighbouring components and enclosure surfaces are also considered.
2. Plastic Mould Design
The injection mould is designed according to the LED holder geometry, LED cavities, locating features, retaining clips, snap-fits, mounting tabs, ribs, and other functional details. Gate location, parting line, cooling channels, venting, and ejection arrangements are considered for consistent moulding.
3. Mould Manufacturing
