Manufacturing Process
1. Product Design & Development
The seal ring is developed according to the mating components, required sealing interface, groove dimensions, compression requirements, operating conditions, and available assembly space. Inner diameter, outer diameter, cross-section, sealing lips, locating features, wall thickness, and material suitability are evaluated during product development.
2. Plastic Mould Design

3. Mould Manufacturing

4. Injection Moulding
