Manufacturing Process
1. Product Design & Development
The hopper lock ring is developed according to the hopper diameter, mating housing, locking mechanism, mounting arrangement, and required assembly clearances. Locking tabs, lugs, grooves, ribs, draft angles, wall thickness, and load-bearing areas are evaluated during product development.
2. Plastic Mould Design
The injection mould is designed according to the lock-ring geometry. 3. Mould Manufacturing
